Q: What can I do if I wanna make a order cancellation  and changes?

A: If you would like to cancel your order, or need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing an order. Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we do not accept cancellations and changes 12 hours after placing an order.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes! Worldwide shipping is available everywhere. Please be mindful for any duties or tax imports required for your country for it is the buyer's responsibility to know.

Q: How long does it take to make a case?

A: Current processing time is estimated at 7-15 business days. This all depends on how many open orders we have so it varies. Once your order has been shipped, estimated shipping times depends on your location and shipping method you choose at checkout.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: For accurate shipping prices, the price is shown during check out process. You do not need to purchase during check out process to see shipping price.

Q: My address is/was incorrect, what do I do?

A: If you notice that your address was incorrect before your order was shipped out, please email us ASAP any changes that need to be done. If your order was shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping again with their correct address included. We won’t do any refunds for buyer’s responsibility.

Q: I have not received an email order confirmation.

A: You most likely put in your information wrong at checkout, therefore our system did not send you an email. Email cccreamcase@outlook.com for an update.

Q: My shipping label has been created, but there has not been an update on it.

A: We work on about hundreds of orders at once, so don’t worry! You will get an update on it soon. If you have not received an update for over 5 days, please email cccreamcase@outlook.com so I can check up on your order. 

Q: What is the cream and figures made of?

A: The cream is made of silicone. The figures are made of silicone, resin or plastic.

Q: Is this ____design  in stock?

A: Yes, all phone case designs are in stock.

Q: Can you make my phone model?

A: Handmade phone cases are for ANY phone model. If your model isn’t shown on page, please email me!

Q: I received the wrong phone case.
