Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you would like to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we don't accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours for any reason.
Damaged & Lost
CC Creamcase is not liable for any products lost during shipping. As soon as we ship your order out, it is out of our control what happens to the package. We will do our best to help you locate an order, but any undelivered packages will not be refunded. If your package does get lost, we recommend waiting a few days for it to turn up, as well as to contact your local post office. Also you can check with your household if they received your package for you, and check with your neighbors in case your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Please send us an email if you need any help.
If you receive your product damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to help you. Please note we do not accept refunds for products that have been damaged by the customer. Please view our "Product Care" page to view how to take care of your cases so that they will last.
